LARISA BEACHY, Class of 2008, and Adam Annen, a graduate of the University of Texas, traveled to Happy Valley to recruit potential new hotdoggers at a meeting held Thursday night in the Thomas Building. In both 2007 and 2008, two Penn State students were chosen from a pool of about 1,400 applicants to fill only a few spots "I've seen 23 states so far and I'll have seen 28 by the end of the month.
