Some adults and students took some time Thursday afternoon for a word of prayer outside East Liverpool City Hall. Those gathered were a part of the National Day of Prayer event in the city. (Photo by Michael D. McElwain) They assembled at the East Liverpool Motor Lodge on Thursday morning. Some 300 or so Christians from various denominations joined together and participated in the local observance of the National Day of Prayer event.
