LAKEHURST — Eighty-eight years after a dozen Navy men arrived here to take charge of the world's biggest airship hangar, Capt. PHILLIP BEACHY was the last Navy commander to depart. In a traditional Navy change of command ceremony with a twist, BEACHY stood at attention in dress whites while that responsibility was handed off to Col. Gina Grosso, clad in Air Force blue.
