The pilot of a small aircraft that crashed Friday afternoon near Olathe was home recuperating by Friday night. Kevin Kropf of Montrose was piloting a Sky Trek powered-parachute craft Friday, helping his friend MARVIN PEACHEY look for some lost cattle, when the small craft hit a power line on Begonia Road in Olathe and ended up in a fence surrounding a corn field.
