Lloyd and Larisa Beachy, Grandfather & Granddaughter

New London - When Larisa Beachy was arrested last week in Manhattan for refusing to stop videotaping a public meeting, she was worried what her grandparents back in New London would think. Beachy said she was handcuffed and put in a police cruiser and then handcuffed to a bench in the precinct. Police checked to make sure she had no outstanding warrants and then let her go.
