Greg Beachey, "Thinking it over"

I have been a chef for 20+ years, and now teach culinary arts at Elkhart Area Career Center in Elkhart, IN. Most recently I have been carving ice competitively. I placed third at the LaPorte, IN festival and third at the Dowagiac, MI festival.
