Winnipeg may be half a world away from the Middle East, but for several hours next week, this city in the middle of the Canadian Prairies will be the site of peace negotiations concerning deep-rooted conflicts between Israelis and Palestinians. Peachey, representing the Christian religious tradition, leads the workshops along with two other Winnipeg Mosaic members: former Brandon University counsellor Bruce Sarbit, who is Jewish, and Natasha Mohammed, who has Hindu and Muslim roots.
