Melvin E. Beachy, 83, of Sugarcreek passed away peacefully on Sunday, October 3, 2010 at Hennis Care Centre at Dover after a period of declining health. He was born August 22, 1927 in Holmes County to the late Enos B. and Lydian (Mullet) Beachy. Click here for article in the Budget
